Graduate Placements
Information about graduate placements.
We currently run a successful graduate recruitment programme through our Social Work Academy for newly qualified social workers to progress into roles in Adults and Children and Families social care. We also have graduates working in our Programme Management Office. Our intention is to widen our offer and introduce our own public service graduate scheme linking with the National Graduate Development Programme in 2024 to assist us in the development of our next generation of managers.
