The preferred candidate must complete a pre-employment health questionnaire in order to obtain medical clearance to take up their employment.
How it works
The candidate will be sent an email with a link to the UKIM pre-employment medical questionnaire. This link will remain active for 14 days.
Their completed questionnaire will then be triaged by an Occupational Health nurse. If there are any concerns, then UKIM will directly arrange an appointment with an OH nurse within 5 working days to obtain further information. The results regarding medical clearance will be sent to HR admin within 24 hours of the appointment, who will inform the recruiting manager.
