The Occupational Health Service referral process

When the Occupational Health Service Team receive the referral form from your manager, the Triage Team will send you a SMS message or email to confirm an appointment date.

The Triage Team will refer you for a face to face appointment or a telephone call with an occupational health nurse or doctor to assess your condition further.
