Access to Work Mental Health Support Service provides a wide range of mental health support services delivered by qualified health care professionals.

Able Futures -  Mental Health Support Service

We have now partnered with Able Futures who deliver the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service, providing a wide range of mental health support services delivered by qualified health care professionals. 

The service is confidential, fast and flexible and is available over the phone, through email and face-to-face meetings.

Other support

Support is available if you are struggling, need urgent help or to talk to someone.

If you feel suicidal or feel like harming yourself or other people:

  • Call 999
  • Go to your nearest Accident and Emergency department (A and E). You can search for your local department through the NHS Choices website
  • NHS helpline 111 provides urgent healthcare advice 
  • If you need to talk to someone urgently the Samaritans are available 24/7 on 116 123 or online at Samaritans.org
