Funded formal qualifications and apprenticeships: from GCSE level to master's degree level
One of the best ways to enhance your career is to undertake a formal qualification. Here at the Council, we are delighted to be able offer Apprenticeships to all of our internal staff ranging from Level 2 (GCSE Level) to Level 7 (master's degree Level). All courses are free of charge and with agreement from your management team, provide you with 20% off the job training time to support you in your journey!
You can view all of our courses on the My Learning link at the bottom of the page and on our external website check out some fabulous stories and videos from some of our current and previous apprentices. But remember as an internal member of staff you will remain on your same pay grade throughout the programme and will not revert to the Apprentice wage.
Can't find a course for you on website? well, don't worry through the Institute for Apprenticeships you can view all Apprenticeships that are available. Simply find what is right for you and with your management teams' approval we can look into commissioning a qualification for your service.
