In‑person and online engagement events are part of the Our Future Cumberland (OFC) programme.
These events:
- share progress on the OFC programme
- give you the opportunity to ask questions
- gather feedback from staff

Events for colleagues with limited access
Additional events have been arranged at depots and other workplaces. These sessions are for colleagues who:
- cannot easily attend in‑person events
- have limited access to IT equipment for online sessions
Details of these events will be shared directly with the relevant colleagues.
Session materials
All sessions cover the same materials. These, alongside a recording of a Teams session and a video, will also be shared with all colleagues.
As always there will be opportunity for you to ask any questions and share any concerns you may have, whether in those sessions or through the usual communication channels.
