We are aware of email issues affecting some users across the council. ICT is working with Microsoft to investigate and resolve the problem.
Our Future Cumberland advocates
Advocates help us share information, listen to your feedback and support you through the changes in the programme.
Alongside Change Champions, Our Future Cumberland advocates support the programme by sharing information and gathering feedback from you.
We have:
- at least one advocate in each Assistant Director area
- representation from all legacy councils
The advocates will play an important role in supporting the project.
What advocates do
Our Future Cumberland advocates support the programme by:
- acting as a link between us and employees
- sharing clear and consistent information
- signposting to wellbeing and other support
- gathering your feedback and concerns
- reporting progress and challenges to the programme team
- helping to build understanding of the changes and their benefits
