Request a regrading review

  1. Before you request a review

    Who can request a review of their grade and the circumstances when you can request a review and when you cannot.

  2. Submitting a request

    You must complete the ‘Request for Review’ form and provide evidence to support your request.

  3. How your request is reviewed

    The Service or Senior Manager will arrange a meeting to review the request with you.

  4. Regrading Panel review

    Once the final documentation has been provided, the Pay and Reward team will arrange for the request to go to a Regrading Panel.

  5. If your post is regraded

    When the changes to your grade and allocation of a post is made and how review requests are monitored.

  6. Appeal a request for regrading

    You have a right to appeal if your request for a review of your post is rejected.
