Use the following Cumberland Council website links to help report issues and access common services.
Street cleaning
Use the online service to report street cleaning issues such as fly tipping, dog fouling, discarded needles and syringes or abandoned vehicles.
Bins and recycling
Customer can use the online bin collection calendar to view their bin collection days or print a copy of their calendar.
Bus passes
Apply or renew a disabled or older person's bus pass. Customers can also print a bus pass application form.
Highways
Report highways issues online such as potholes, obstructions or trees and hedges.
