We have developed a tier model to help you get the most appropriate support for your needs.
You can access support from different tiers at the same time, if needed. For example, if you needed targeted support from tier 3, you may also need supportive wellbeing conversations with your manager from tier one.
The tiers:
- Get preventative support for health and wellbeing issues (Tier one)
- Get help for an existing health and wellbeing issue (Tier 2)
- Get targeted specialist internal support for a significant event (Tier 3)
- Get psychological clinical support for a traumatic event (Tier 4)
