Health and wellbeing tiers of support

Find the right support for your health and wellbeing needs.

We have developed a tier model to help you get the most appropriate support for your needs. 

You can access support from different tiers at the same time, if needed. For example, if you needed targeted support from tier 3, you may also need supportive wellbeing conversations with your manager from tier one.

The tiers:

  1. Get preventative support for health and wellbeing issues (Tier one)

    Find preventative support so you can feel better in yourself and thrive in your role.

  2. Get help for an existing health and wellbeing issue (Tier 2)

    Access support when a problem occurs with your mental, emotional, physical and financial wellbeing.

  3. Get targeted specialist internal support for a significant event (Tier 3)

    Get targeted specialist internal support if you have experienced an event, such as a sudden death of a colleague or service users.

  4. Get psychological clinical support for a traumatic event (Tier 4)

    Support when an event may have a lasting affect on you.
