Collective dispute procedure - Informal resolution

Managers and trade union representatives are encouraged to resolve disputes informally at a local level. Most issues should be resolved at team or service area level.

If informal resolution is not possible and all existing procedures have been exhausted, the process moves to Formal Resolution – Stage 1.
