Collective dispute procedure - Information handling after the process
Once the collective dispute procedure has concluded, the following principles apply.
Confidentiality
All parties may discuss, in confidence, any progression related to the collective dispute procedure with relevant internal stakeholders.
At the end of the process, a joint press release will be agreed.
Monitoring
HR and recognised trade unions will jointly monitor the application of this procedure.
