Wellbeing support
We understand that any kind of change can feel unsettling, and it’s completely normal to experience mixed emotions during a Voluntary Redundancy (VR) window. You’re not on your own — support is here for you throughout the process.
There are several ways you can access help, depending on what feels right for you:
- Wellbeing and “Support Through Change” resources practical tools, guides and advice to help you look after your mental and emotional health
- Manager check‑ins and staff information sessions Managers and HR colleagues are available to talk through any questions or concerns. You can also attend information sessions to help you feel more informed and supported.
- Employee networks and peer support connecting with colleagues through our employee networks can offer valuable shared experiences and reassurance
- Health and Wellbeing Team If you feel you would benefit from additional support, you can contact the team directly
Email: [email protected]
Employees will also have access to posters including all key information and QR codes for ease of access, wallet cards in all non-digital areas and also coverage in all depots, care homes et al. You can also download and share the Health and Wellbeing Support poster with colleagues to raise awareness of the help available.
You’re encouraged to make use of the wellbeing resources available on the intranet, including:
- mental health awareness
- alcohol and drug awareness
- financial wellbeing support

Above all, please remember: your wellbeing matters, and you do not have to navigate this time alone. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
