About the DDaT process
The DDaT (Digital, Data and Technology) process helps us assess, prioritise and deliver digital improvement ideas in a consistent way.
It provides a clear route for services to raise problems, opportunities or requests for new technology. Rather than jumping straight to buying software or building a solution, the process focuses on understanding the problem first and then identifying the best way to solve it.
The process brings together service teams, Digital, ICT, Data and Transformation colleagues to make sure resources are focused on the council's highest priorities and that solutions are secure, cost effective and aligned with existing technology.
