View, comment and support ideas that have been submitted to the pipeline
All staff can view ideas and requests that have been submitted through the Pipeline and see how they are progressing.
This helps create visibility of demand across the organisation, encourages collaboration and reduces the risk of duplicate requests.
You are encouraged to engage with ideas raised by colleagues by:
- voting for ideas that you believe would deliver value
- adding comments to provide additional context, insight or evidence
- sharing related work, risks or dependencies
- highlighting where a similar challenge exists in another service area
- supporting opportunities that could benefit multiple teams or directorates
Comments and votes help directorate representatives, management teams and governance groups understand levels of organisational interest and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Decisions will not be based solely on the number of votes received. However, staff feedback can help strengthen the evidence for an idea and inform prioritisation discussions.
By sharing your knowledge and experience, you can help shape ideas before they progress further and ensure potential benefits, risks and opportunities are identified early.
