You can arrange your own volunteering opportunity with a charity, community group, school or other organisation.

Support schools through volunteering
You can volunteer to support schools by:
- helping with mock interviews
- attending careers events and jobs fairs
Opportunities are normally advertised through internal staff communications.

Before you volunteer
Once you have found an opportunity, discuss it with your line manager before requesting volunteering leave.
You will need to complete the required checks before the volunteering activity takes place.
