Inviting to interview

Recruiting Managers are responsible for contacting shortlisted applicants and inviting them to interview.

Interviews can be held in person or online using MS Teams

Please email your shortlisted applicants individually, inviting them to interview using these templates:

Where you invite applicants to an online interview, please attach the following guidance. Guidance to online interview (DOC 18KB)

It is recommended these are sent by email for speed and ideally the candidate is given at least five days’ notice. Please include any special instructions in the invite to interview letter, including:

  • details of date and time
  • address
  • presentation
  • test assessment centre
