Supporting you and your team's wellbeing through change

Find resources to help support you and your team's wellbeing through change.

Connections: Build your support team

What can you do to improve your connections? Take the opportunity to do a tiny audit by identifying which role your current connection fit into:

  • Radiators: people who give you comfort, who you can sound off to, who are on your side and boost your confidence
  • Role models: people who you admire and have achieved what you want to achieve. What could you learn from them? What advice could they give?
  • People who can help you: internal to the organisation, family system, network of contacts – when thinking about seeking help, think about people who think differently to you.  Who in your periphery could help?
  • No nonsense people: delivers black and white; Who are those who care for you, but who will be honest and direct with you?

When thinking about this, what is relevant to you, what are you noticing about your own support team? What do you need? What gaps do you have and how you can address them?
